Our Story
Paraview Behavioral Health is a mental health clinic founded on a core belief:
every person, regardless of income, background, or insurance status, deserves access to
expert, compassionate psychiatric care. Located in the heart of Frederick, Maryland, we serve
individuals, families, and youth across Frederick County and throughout Maryland via telehealth.
From our first day in practice, our mission has been to meet people where they are and walk
alongside them on the journey toward lasting mental wellness.
Who We Are?
Paraview Behavioral Health is an outpatient behavioral health practice offering a full
continuum of mental health services, including individual counseling therapy, psychiatric
evaluations, medication management, counseling, and telehealth appointments
for Maryland residents statewide.
Our clinic is staffed by a team of doctorate-level and board-certified psychiatric providers
with decades of combined experience across community mental health centers, inpatient psychiatric
units, primary care settings, and private practice. We bring that breadth of experience to every
patient interaction.
We are located at 178 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite 103, Frederick, MD 21702 — easily accessible
from across Frederick County, with ample parking and welcoming, private office space.
