Care starts with a 60-minute evaluation, time to understand your symptoms, what you have tried before, your goals, and any concerns about side effects. From there we build a plan together, start or adjust medication thoughtfully, and check in often in the early weeks when fine-tuning matters most.
We coordinate with your therapist or primary care provider when that helps, and we are comfortable taking over and reviewing medications another provider started. The goal is treatment with steady follow-through, not a prescription handed off and forgotten.

Yes. If you are already on a psychiatric medication, we will review what you are taking, why, and how it is working, then continue or adjust it as appropriate. Bring a list of your current medications to your first visit.
How often will I be seen?+
Follow-ups are more frequent at first while we find the right medication and dose, then space out as things stabilize. Many patients move to maintenance check-ins every one to three months.
